"Definitely need to quote, "Don't judge a book by its cover", when considering this hotel. It's not the best-looking hotel on the outside, but the inside is renovated well beyond my expectations. Mostly everything in the room had the same quality as a more expensive hotel, so it was definitely worth the stay for the price. **Complimentary breakfast is not provided at this hotel, so please keep that in mind when considering this hotel. But, Mattie's Pancake House is a fantastic breakfast spot and it's across the street."
"Room was okay if it's just to sleep in. TV was at least new. The bathroom is very tiny. Mattress was comfy though the end of the mattress seemed higher. No elevator, had to pass several unsavory types smoking when going up and down stairs, living in motel? Rates were good considering the area."
"Not as bad as it may appear. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced in rm 215, but the bed and pillows were comfy and just what we needed! If you don't require any bells or whistles, just a clean room and good TV, this place will work! Would stay again!!!"
"This is right on the 101 so there's traffic noise. Rooms were nice looking and mostly clean, but I walked barefoot after a shower and my feet turned black, so they could use more attention to mopping the floor. We had a service dog and they asked what they do, which is against the law for service animal. No breakfast is served, though there is a grocery store nearby. Price is reasonable for the area, so not bad for a quick stop."
