"Our room was cozy and clean, the home made quilts on the beds were nice (and apparently if you love them, they are for sale), you can see the ocean from the top floor rooms. The vibe was like a family beach house, I've paid a lot more for rooms that felt less inviting."

"Absolutely loved our stay here! We checked in later in the evening and the woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful (I'm bad with names I'm sorry!). The room was clean and super cute- the bed quilt was a highlight. They also were super dog friendly, and possibly best of all was our incredible ocean view. If you get the chance to stay here, take it!"

"If your looking for an Old vintage hotel with really nice people that run it, this is the place. This is an old hotel with about 20 rooms in top of a hill where our room has a view of the ocean...Nice. the room old white vintage furniture with blue and white quilts on 2 queen beds. There is wall heaters but no AC. There is also No phone in the room.and the Internet is not very good. We did enjoy the organic coffee with a 4 cup coffee maker. I gave them 4 stars because I know most people want Hi speed internet, phones, AC, etc."

"We loved our two-day stay here while stopping in Port Orford on our way up the coast. This Motel was a great find, quiet and comfortable. Great ocean view, unbelievable to see whales out your window. We stayed in the family suite which was perfect for us and our kids. The staff is very caring and accommodating, even let us do laundry which we very much needed to do! Could use a little TLC and some upgrades but - Great price point for the property. Hope you love cats! (Only downside)"
