"If zero stars was possible I'd give it . Pharmacist Jerry fairbanks and front desk Sherry rolling eyes and yelling at Senior Citizen who was partially deaf and needed questions answered. Very disappointing. Lack of morals and patience"

"They doing a good job but are under staffed and sometimes new meds can take days to get filled. They need to stop giving out flu and covid shots to speed things up till they get more help."

"Ugh! I'm a major "newb" when it comes to prescriptions and have always sent anything I needed to Fred Meyer. Often they have been out of stock, but i just assumed that was a manufacturing/shipping issue, and all pharmacies had the same troubles. Didn't realize until today how bad their service is! Needed a pain prescription for a sore throat (which is pretty IMMEDIATE, if you've ever dealt with Strep). They were out. Fine, wanted to transfer to Walgreens (who had plenty in stock). After 3 separate phone calls to both Walgreens (who needed Freddie's permission) and Freddie's (who needed to reply to a fax) it was still "not confirmed". This was over about a 2-ish hour time-span (giving I felt everyone time to reply). Ended up having the Dr.'s office call my script in to Walgreens directly and had it in under 30 minutes! Transferring all of my families prescriptions OUT of Fred Meyer, as I now realize that there are way more reliable options available in Albany."

"When on the phone, pharmacy assistants tell their customers what you want to hear, then they don’t carry thru. Is that lying to customers? Yes it is. Lying to customers is unacceptable. Blaming covid is unacceptable. I’m weary of their dismal service month after month and this past week was the last straw for me. I will not purchase prescriptions nor will I purchase their overpriced food and goods while waiting for a prescription I was told HOURS earlier on the phone, would be ready in an hour. Prescriptions are -never- ready when they tell you it will be."

"Line is always really long. My issue has been getting refills -- my insurance is under my maiden name (haven't changed my social yet lol) and my DL has my married name. Each time they get the prescription, they have to merge the profiles. That's my bad, right? HOWEVER when I called to check when it would be ready, I informed them of the two names debacle, and then asked when it would be ready. They told me, and when I showed up the tech scolded me for the two names issue, then sent me away for another half hour while she refilled it. I get that the first thing is my fault, since she wanted to play the blame game. But answer me why even though I made them aware of that issue three days ago, they chose not to resolve it then? Or at least inform me that it would result in a longer wait when I came to pick it up, if they couldn't resolve it until I was standing in front of them? The lady treated me like a Karen when I was asking questions, which is really frustrating in an already frustrating situation, and especially since I was behaving courteously and had already explained the issue on the phone and in person today. I don't appreciate having to wait in line only to be lectured, sent away, and have to wait in line again, all with a side of being treated like an irritant."
