"First time in this house. It was very quaint little house. Enjoyed it very much."
"This was the first house we ever rented. It was my first trip to the ocean and it started a family tradition. We rent a house on the Oregon coast almost every year now. We don't always rent the same house, but this is the only house we've ever rented more than once. It's not particularly extravagant but it's a cozy little place. The Payn House small, so we often rent larger houses to accommodate more family. But sometimes we just bring over the immediate family, and when we do we always come here. I've come to enjoy sleeping to the sound of the ocean, and you don't get closer than this. At least not at any of the other places we've ever rented."
