Nancy Jo’s Burgers and Fries

"We celebrated a birthday at Nancy Jo's on Market Street. There were ten of us and one baby. The staff was friendly and cheerful and had the tables set up for us before we got there. The burgers, fries and chicken strips were excellent. The food came very quickly after we ordered. It was a great experience, and we highly recommend Nancy Jo's on Market St."

"I gave this a 4 mostly for the food. The buyers and fries ate great. In fact, I have had to dial back what I order because there is so much. The service, for a fast food place is fine, they are friendly and food was prepared fast enough. It was the drive-thru that was the biggest problem. I waited for what felt like forever to have anyone acknowledge me and take my order. It was also not clear if the food was going to be brought out or if I had to go in, just an awkward set up. The atmosphere is simply outdated, but my food was to go, so..."

"I can definitely taste why Nancy Jo's Burgers have been voted the #BestBurger in the #WillametteValley for over a decade! This is the kinda burger that you take a big bite out of and say, "Now that's a good burger!" We were greeted right away, and the young man took our order efficiently. Our food came out maybe 10 minutes later, and he brought it right to us at the table. The patties are seasoned well and cooked smashburger style with plenty of cheese and bacon. Then you get the classic toppings of onions, tomato, lettuce, and lots of pickles! The veggies were fresh and crisp. And I love that they do ketchup mustard and mayo! They have several other toppings you can add on - but I wanted to keep it simple on this first try. The fries were sooooo good, well salted, and fried well. You have to try the fry sauce, too - it has lots of pickle flavor without chunks of pickle. We went to the Market St. location in Salem. The parking situation is a little strange, but that's just the shopping center's poor setup. There is a drive-thru option, inside seating and outside for when the weather is nice. Bathrooms were well kept. All in all, it was a very pleasant dining experience."

"Very tasty bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings. The burger patty tastes freshly ground and the fresh hand cut fries and really good too. Good service and the food comes out pretty quick and hot."
