"They were very pleasant people to me and even fun to talk with. If you homebrew there are some things you can get here that can only be got online otherwise. Please give them a shot first - you won't even wait for shipping. I was able to make honey wine with the fermaid , worked with no off flavors, only one feeding necessary and got some water additives to experiment with in the future. Looking forward to needing more things from them."
