"It’s great when it’s not busy but when it’s busy, there’s no one there directing traffic so it can get kind of really frustrating with drivers cutting you off and what have you going in the wrong way and not knowing where to go"
"Their diesel pump was off by 10%. In my 5 gallon jug I usually put 4.5 gallons, but it wasn't close to full, so I filled it exactly to the 5 gallon line and it charged me for over 5.5 gallons - I've never seen a pump be so inaccurate - told one of the workers, he didn't care in the least"

"Less than excellent Safeway service. Hard to find employees who take the customer service serious. As a former petroleum transfer specialist I understand the need for moving with urgency when it comes to running a pump, but they certainly don't seem to. They forget that they are even lucky to have that job as most states are self serve now. Hardly what I call essential employees, maybe they need that reminder."
"I am highly impressed by the staff at this Safeway Fuel! We had a gas can to fill and little did we know, it needed to be washed out prior to use. They we more than patient and accommodating. The service industries are not at all what they were 5 years ago. I don't knkw where we lost our customer orientation but this visit reminded me of the good ole days. I am still glowing over my visit 2 days ago. I wish I knew the young lady and young man's names working. They will do just fine in life, continuing their current friendly attitudes!"
