"I love Dotty's. I like the atmosphere and I enjoy the employees... Well most of the time. I do not enjoy my time at daddy's when that one older heavier set woman works. She has never been nice to me, she's always been rude every single time I've ever been there while she's working. And just the other day my boyfriend and I were there playing lottery and he realized that she didn't give him the correct change back and she refused to count her till, very frustrating. Needless to say I tried to avoid going there at all costs when she's working. I get it. She's trying to enforce rules but she doesn't need to be rude to every single person that she comes across. Not everybody is trying to break the rules. It's not even about her enforcing rules. It's just simply when I'm coming in there to show her my ID and ask her for change for a change for a 20 and she rudely acts like she can't hear what I say. She always has a snappy rude tone. Every time I come in there with my purse she tells me I can't bring a backpack in. It's a purse It doesn't even look like a backpack. She's just all around rude and I don't think she should be working in a position that she obviously isn't enjoying because she's not very friendly."

"Reading other reviews I can tell it's the same old lady people have issues with. Has nothing to do with enforcing rules. This old lady is a grump. If people are disrespectful to her, I can see why and don't feel bad for her. I won't be returning to this location just based on her energy."

"There is an older lady that works the closing shift who puts up with a lot of grief from customers because she enforces the rules and she doesn't allow things to happen in there like the other employees there allow she makes people show their id and she doesn't allow people to come in with no id and play she does not allow people to sit around and charge their phones she puts limits on the alcohol she does not over serve she is by the rules so customers get mad because other employees allow stuff to go on and she does not she treats all customers equally and she gets so much grief because she enforces the rules and some of your other employees just allow customers to do whatever they want and its wrong I respect her and I like the way she enforces the rules she does not deserve to be yelled at by customers and told she is being rude because she does her job ."

"For a very chill place to work this is the first I’ve ever had such a rude clerk in any place ever. Normally everyone is so nice and Terry was really unpleasant for such a slow night with no disturbances. DONT COME WHEN TERRY IS WORKING"

"Mexican dude very rude..said just a couple of minutes we're cooking. Waited about 5 then asked him how long. He stated I needed patience and I could go to 711. I know all their food is microwave or comes out of a can!"
