"My girlfriend and I came in for first time soon to be members of the Club Northwest. Spoke and had a tour of to this really cool employee of your's Kalel, who was really helpful with tons of knowledge about all the equipment and how to get me a good deal with a family plan membership for my son, girlfriend, and I. I feel that dude deserves a raise with how good he is with his customer service and he had a very joyous attitude. Overall I'm stoked to be going here and look forward to whay all the gym has to offer."
"It is a huge facility with something to do for everyone in your family. Gym equipment, racquetball courts, climbing walls, a pool, a hot tub, steam room, saunas, to name a few. There's a small workout area for women next to the lockers if the main one is full. A fun-filled place to stay active. Staff was friendly and ready to assist."
"The club always feels like home. I’ve never had an experience where I didn’t feel welcome and comfortable. I love the staff and the machines are so user friendly! The improvements made are always so appreciated as you can really tell that the owners care about their guests and the quality of the establishment. "I enjoy all the classes that are offered and the instructors are wonderful! I also like having a workout room for women tucked behind the locker room. I appreciate having shampoo, conditioner and other products available to use so that I don't have to tote all of mine to the club. The large entrance room allows a great place to visit with other members. There are just a lot of niceties like blow dryers and that great bathing suit spinner that makes my experience comfortable.
