"Pumps are open 24/7 (card only obv).. I work in Gladstone. It's nice to be able to stop off close the freeway on the way back to Salem at 3am. Pump #7 seems slow tonight, oh well."

"The man overfilled my tank I could smell it ... that wasn't the worst thing my car broke down on I-5 (previous have had no issues with my car) immediately after leaving gas station misfired in all cylinders and running too lean do not recommend this gas station"

"Pump #5 doesn’t work. Pump #2 doesn’t stop and gas overflowed my tank and spilled all over my car. Another customer noticed it and stopped the fill-up, not even the attendant. While I understand accidents can happen (I have a very flexible definition of accidents), what made me leave this review was the disinterested and disrespectful treatment by the manager. I had asked for some water and paper towels to clean up the mess, and they did not acknowledge what had happened, and came back a few minutes later and handed me a bucket of water. I came outside to the attendant using dry paper towels to attempt to clean up the mess, only further damaging and scratching the new paint on my car. If you want to come to a rag-tag team running a gas station, especially a run down one, this Shell in Woodburn is for you. I am always hesitant to write negative reviews, but it seems this experience warranted such a response."

"This station has a wonderful staff. Erick helped me with propane today and despite working alone (it was very busy), he was kind and efficient. The staff here are consistently friendly and pleasant to do business with. Thanks all!"
