"We had been searching for months for the perfect Class A. We found it at Bish's RV in Junction City Oregon! The only problem was the almost 2000 miles that separated us! Fast forward a few weeks and we're proud owners! Gaston, Brandon, Conchita, Casey, and a host of others went WAY above and beyond to get us into our dream coach! All the hurdles and problems that came up, the constant barrage of questions, transportation to the Omaha branch, paperwork snafu's, etc. etc. the Bish's crew tackled and ensured we were 100% satisfied. We've worked with several RV dealerships over the years, and have never experienced the professionalism and commitment to the customer that Bish's RV provides. The only negative I can come up with, is it will be a while before our travel bucket list takes us to the Pacific Northwest so I can meet these folks in person and thank them for all they've done. I'm not sure if we'll ever want to trade in this wonderful coach, but if we ever do, Bish's will be our first stop!"

"This was the worst decision we ever made Purchasing a coach from Bish’s. First of all the sales person told us he had been there for over 20 years and he would be there to help us through any questions we had after the purchase… We purchased a 2006 Monaco with 30,000 miles on it. The day we came to pick it up. My husband was dropped off by a friend sales, never coordinated with service to do a walk-through finally, when a service person was able to do the walk-through. It was a nightmare when he turned the water on the pipe under the sink burst , they had to fix it. My husband was stuck there for seven hours with many promises from sales and service. He was promised a new roof and the awnings to be fixed as they were torn as well as a new windshield that was already being ordered as the one in the coach was cracked , they told him to take it home and they would call when the windshield was in and things would be fixed When we got home the awning over the door broke and it seemed to have issues staying charged as well as the front slide seemed to have some issues. We called the sales person who told us to enjoy it over the summer and bring it back and they would repair Any of the problems. We told him we were planning to take a trip across the country back to Boston. He said no problem. Call us when you get back we will pick it up and repair everything. We tied the awning over the front door so that we could take our trip. Over the course of our trip back to Boston, we had several issues with the slide. Finally, when we reached our destination, the awning over the slide broke, not allowing the slide to close for our trip back home when we called the sales person to put us in touch with someone to help us we were told he no longer work there! When we talk to service, nobody in the department knew anything about the problems we had when we purchased the RV in the promises that everything would be repaired when we returned We called several technicians in Massachusetts. None were able to come and help us. We were literally stuck!! My husband, my brother and my uncle spent 8 1/2 hours trying to fix the brackets on the awning over the slide, the best they could do is zip tie the bracket so that the slide would go in without hitting the roof. Every stop on the way back to Oregon was a nightmare, the zip ties broke, and my husband had to climb up under the awning. Every time we tried to close it on our 3,500 mile trek home!! I cannot tell you the frustration and nerve-racking it was every time we stopped to spend the night knowing that in the morning when we were going to leave, he would have to crawl up and under the awning my husband is 6 foot tall 280 pounds this an easy task!! Finally, when we made it home, the coach was picked up by Bish’s After over 3 months of it being there, constant calls from service, not knowing what was Promised to be fixed on the penny the things we planned on paying for such as an oil change this company has terrible communication skills within departments. When we picked up the coach, we were told everything was repaired, when my husband questioned the awning over the large slide, they said they could not find parts so they rebuilt the original!!! Well, finally last week, we took it to the coast and guess what we The slide stayed the weekend, and when we went to close it, the brackets broke, and the slide was stuck!!!! Also redid the roof and now we have massive leaks on that same slide. I was so upset I emailed Bishs while we were still at the coast stuck with a slide that won’t go in, no ladder to climb up and attempt to Jimmy the awning!! That was nine days ago still no word from Bishs Buyer beware they promised to have the best sales and customer service. They don’t it seems that sales and service do not communicate well and promises that were made we’re not followed through on!!!!"

"Brandon and Mary were great to work with! Mary figured out very quickly what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. And she really new the RoadTrek. We stumped her on one question, but she was very quick to get the answer within minutes. I always appreciate it when someone tells me they don't know and is eager to get the right answer. It's the reason why she gets 5 stars!"
