"Will not communicate with you about the loan process and will not call you throughout the loan experience. Had to call several times through the loan process and even had to complain to get ahold of finance to speak about the loan. Finance had said “no call is good news”. Do not recommend this place for first time buyers."

"Was very unimpressed with the professionalism from their service department. I was greeted by Aaron. I explained to him that I needed a new outdoor shower unit. He pulled out a box from their shelf and was giving me a price. I had taken my shower unit in… Laid it down, and the one he was trying to sell me was way larger than the one I brought in. The one he was trying to sell me would not have worked at all. I then told him I was just going to cap off the hoses that were attached to shower unit in my RV. He then looked at me asking if I wanted the caps put onto the shower unit… I looked at him and said “no… I needed to cap off the hoses”. I told him I had four of them. He went in the back room and brought me three caps. I told him “no… I told you I had four”. And then told him I needed some of the plumbers tape to go around the threads of the caps. He didn’t get me the plumbers tape. I then asked him for the Butyl tape that goes around the edges of the shower unit when attached to the RV ( it seals it). When I got home, the tape he gave me was no good. I called Bish’s back and explain the problem. The woman on the phone explained to me that they did have a bad batch. I kind of lost my temper and asked her… So it’s OK to go ahead and sell some bad merchandise to your customer. Well… I had to get back in my truck, drive back to Bish’s, and pick up the good tape. The sales person did not greet me, they just left it at the front desk. I have been a business owner for over 20 years and know what good customer service is. I was very unimpressed with theirs!!!!!!"

"Chris and Shawn were great. No pressure sales and got us into a brand new trailer which was nicer than the one used one we were looking at. Nothing like car lot of being there all day dickering price. Will definitely go back and recommend friends."

"Great RV campground with on-site store for parts and equipment and propane. Good food at the cafe and willing to modify by request. Very helpful camp host, Jay, greeted me when I came in and helped me get set up."
