Thank you for the response. Updating for a second time, and changing my review from 1 stars to 2 stars, solely because I appreciate the professional response from the owner. Although I am a new customer to this store, I am a long-time investor of video games and consoles. While I am hesitant to spend my money here again in the near future as my experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I may give it another chance down the road. I would hope that they really can improve their training and customer service, as well as make their return policy clear for shoppers."
"Excellent store. They buy, sell and trade classic games from all gens, as well as all kinds of gamer and nerd culture accessories and gifts. I always check out the classic portables and the build a mini figure stations. Knowledgeable and polite staff. I honestly can't say enough about the place! Literally, my favorite store in Newberg!"
