Thank you for the response. Updating for a second time, and changing my review from 1 stars to 2 stars, solely because I appreciate the professional response from the owner. Although I am a new customer to this store, I am a long-time investor of video games and consoles. While I am hesitant to spend my money here again in the near future as my experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I may give it another chance down the road. I would hope that they really can improve their training and customer service, as well as make their return policy clear for shoppers."
