"I called to make an appointment and they were so incredibly rude. It was very disappointing. I had bought a groupon and as soon as I mentioned that their tone completely changed. There is an expiration on the groupon and they unapologetically said they would not be able to get all of my appointments in before the expiration and did not offer a resolution. Why would they not offer to just let the the last two appointments be after the expiration? It is up to the business. Instead the very harsh manager barked at me that oh well I could get refund if I was not happy with it or just take the partial appointments and eat the rest."

"This business has TERRIBLE customer service and business practices. The aesthetician I saw was very young and not very knowledgeable. The receptionist seemed a little lost and was struggling to book my future appointments for the Groupon package I purchased. I put all of my appointments in my phone with her face to face. I live 30 minutes away and when I arrived at my next appointment she couldn’t not find me on the schedule. She asked me to sit in the waiting room just to repeat 15 minutes later that she couldn’t find the appointment. I politely expressed how disappointing that was to waste an hour in my car and on gas. I am not one to yell or use fowl language at customer service, I manage a company based on customer service. I confirmed my future appointments and left. Four days later the manager called to say they were cancelling my Groupon. I’m not sure what is going on with their owner or manager but that is a laughably terrible way to run a company. I guess be a patron of you don’t want to feel valued. Maybe they only care about their full paying customers? Very upsetting experience to say the least."
