"The car wash guy was sooooo rude. Not only rude but so mean!!! I thought my car was in N but I made a mistake and it was in P, I apologized but he just cussed at me. Will not be using Chevron car wash ever again. And that was the place I always used."
"The man and woman were very welcoming and she was very helpful in finding and selecting the items I needed. She gave me $1.00 off the $15.00 car wash. That was a disappointment!! The man at the wash did about 3 seconds pre spray and when I got home the car had grime as if dirty water had been used to wash and rinse. My son had warned me not to go there."
"Paid money to get cash out, to get quarter change, to get air Air machine wasn’t working took my money, no refund given, explanation “we don’t own it” Paid for full tank of gas, purchased car wash, attendant did not give me receipt for proof. Sitting at car wash while they have spent 10+ minutes trying to determine if I indeed deserve a $9.00 car wash. Turns out, after waiting, yes I bought one. Worst experience I have had @ a gas station, when usually you just smile, get what you need, and go. Management needs to take responsibility, this is a customer service tragedy"
"Yesterday my daughter was taking me home after being in hospital. We stopped at the closest gas station. Normally you pay inside, the pump is set for the amount you paid. she came back to the car and the attendant had put 20.00 more that what she paid. Not only did the cashier screw it up so did the attendant. My daughter didn't have anymore money the cashier then took picture of the plate threatened to call police. A very nice man offered to pay and the cashier wouldn't take his money. Cashier said "it's policy to only take cash from customer that got gas". She refused money, both the attendant and cashier were verbally abusive and told my daughter she was going to jail . This entire thing happened because these people did not do their job. We figured how to pay but I will never go to that station again. if I was their employer they would be fired. If you know where Newberg hospital is, you know where this station is. I would hate anyone else would go through this."
