"Booked a unit, had to pay partial month plus a month in advance. Ended up not needing the unit after all, called maybe 2 days later. Was told it it was ok & refund can be done IF and when they can rent the unit out asap WHICH they did, so technically they didn’t loose out on any Money what’s so ever. In a situation like this, they should at least honor what they promised and keep a good reputation. Apparently GREED played a huge factor. Too bad the staff was very “nice” about the situation. PS units are old and dirty wouldn’t waste my money on this property!"
"Staff is very friendly and helpful, and have basic supplies available (locks and that type of thing). Rates are comparable to others in the area. There was a single time when my unit was mistakenly "over locked" but a quick phone call had it resolved immediately. All in all, if you're looking for short or long term storage in the Albany area, this place gets the nod from me."
