"If you can avoid interacting with the lady that works there, the experience is really great! Unfortunately I was let down after getting her on the phone after finding out that my rivet set was missing 11 washers. She said to try a hardware store. 11 copper washers(burrs) at the hardware store costs $3.30 almost half the cost of the product I bought from Oregon leather. It would have been nice to her say “no worries sweetie, come on in and we will give you 11 washers”."
