"This place has resoled several pairs of my dress shoes, boots, and even a pair of Birks that I thought were too far gone, all fantastic work. I'd say they not only repaired but actually improved some of them, offering better soles than what I had before (I love my tricked-out Birks with vibram soles). They will also turn their beefy stitch machine on stuff like backpack straps - such breaks are not always repairable but they've fixed a few for me."

"Upon entering this establishment, the distinct scent of worn leather and shoe polish immediately conveys their expertise. Shoes are scattered throughout, creating a unique ambiance. The ambience reminds me of going into a business when I was a little kid. I recently brought in my wife's Blundstones for some needed care, and Michael, the craftsman, quickly diagnosed the issue, presented a clear solution, and processed my payment. The repair cost was surprisingly reasonable. I received a ticket with a promise of a one-week turnaround. Exactly one week later, as promised, I received a call to pick up the shoes. This small business's efficiency and quality of service were impressive. Highly recommend."

"Friday the 13th I broke the zipper to my favorite boots. So I decided to bring them into the shoe doctor to see about fixing them. I had never been in there and didn't know what to expect. The store is full of fun socks and shoe accessories. I dropped my boots off. You prepay for the service which was beyond reasonable . I was told about a week for my shoes to be fixed. Imagine my surprise when they called Monday saying they had been fixed! My boot looks amazing and is fixed! Quick service, great prices. Definitely coming back !"

"I was beyond excited when I found this place. I called over the summer and explained that I had a pair of sandals that needed a new lining where the foot sits. They explained over the phone that I needed a new insole and quoted $25. In September I dropped off my sandals to be repaired. They charged me $30 up front and said it would be at least 3 weeks. No problem. I picked up my shoes today, and was so disappointed by the work. The insole looks like it was cut by a toddler, then they cut away the original lining, that also looks like it was cut by a toddler, leaving the black under sole exposed. You can see the dried glue. If they weren't able to do a nice job because of the type of shoe that it was, they should have said so. I wouldn't have bothered. They won't be getting my repeat business :("
