"I’ve been waiting for 6 months for a brace and they never answer your phone call. No one called back 6 months later I get a call saying that there putting back the brace that was ordered bcuz I never came to pick it up they’ve Never answered the phone soo I could check smh. This company definitely need HELP bcuz ppl need these if not we would not be going to them to get our braces done. I suggest find another place worst place ever"

"Tried scheduling an appointment for my toddler. We had an appointment booked for a few weeks out but I forgot to write down the time. We were told we would get a reminder call the Friday before, but we never did. We tried calling them today twice half an hour after they opened I was put on hold for all of 30 seconds before being told that no one was able to take my call. I would have been willing to wait however long I needed to on hold, but they immediately dismissed me. I told them to call me back when they got my voicemail, which they didn't until about 6 hours later. They called my wife instead, whose phone was dead and charging when they finally did call back. If you choose to get orthotics and prosthetics from these people, good luck dealing with the incompetent receptionist(s)."
"I got a post partum support band after my c-section. The measurement process was pleasant and very comfortable. My item came in quickly. They set reasonable expectations and everyone was happy to answer any questions I had. The entire staff was helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend Summit!"
