If they dodge or deflect, leave the store immediately before you waste hours of your life and thousands of dollars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Don’t do it. It’s as simple as that. I learned a very expensive lesson and paid over $1500 for inserts that probably aren’t going to be as effective as what you could get through a competent podiatrist. I was in pain and didn’t make a rational decision at the time of purchase, so that’s on me. Let me make it clear: they do NOT do refunds, so you are essentially stuck unless you file a complaint with your credit card company (it pays to use AMEX for stores like this). There’s a reason they don’t tell you the price until the end and why they constantly stress their “lifetime” warranty. They will have your money for life."

"I went into the good feet store cause I was having issues with my feet. The care I got from the associate Heather was amazing. She walked me through the whole plan and how it would help with the many issues I was having. I use my inserts every day. I am able to wear them at work, for play and to relax. When in doubt try GOOD FEET OUT. And I am a very real person. And I got the life time plan and happy I did."
