"I had the absolute worst experience there the other day. I would give a negative star if I could. Went into buy some soccer equipment for my children and my 7-year-old needed to use a restroom. They refused to let her use a restroom very rudely and made her leave crying because she had an accident in her pants instead of letting her use the restroom. I grew up going there and have always brought my children there and supported the small business but they will never see me again I am absolutely disgusted in them!!!"
"Wow amazing customer experience with Ashley and Jay! Last week brought in some items to sell. Then realized they also carry new RETROSPEC bikes that I have seen online which are a rare find in size 58CM / Large for my tall height 5'9" with extra long legs. I was informed a new shipment is coming in and came by today to see the bike I was asking about, being built. I rode home on my dream bike and the size and speed feels dreamy! Highly recommend this business and Retrospec bikes!"
