If you have the time to wait, you'll be pleased with their work. They were kind and professional enough to recommend a local specialist for some watches I need work on."

"Dishonest and unprofessional. I wanted my fiancée's engagement ring resized. We were given an estimate and told it would be ready in a week. A week later, they told us it would take another week and we found out they don't have a goldsmith: it had been shipped out of state to Washington. Another week passed and it still wasn't ready. All in all, it took 3 weeks to resize a ring. What's worse, it wasn't even properly sized and the staff to blame it on the ring being "top-heavy". They also pretended they had told it would take 3 weeks. The one star is because they did agree to provide a refund. We went to Jurgens Jewelers shortly after and had it sized perfectly in under an hour. Don't waste your time and money with Harry Ritchie."
