"I used to go there quite often, then eventually I just wanted to chop all my hair off. It was down past my elbows (Probably longer straightened, it's naturally curly) and I was thinking it would probably cost quite a bit extra due to length, so I decided to call and discuss it and see the price - they told me the price (It was incorrect, I was charged a bit extra but not much so whatever) The issue is, when I was walking up to the salon for my appointment I overheard 2 of the girls working there talking about how the next appointment is someone who called with long hair and how they are probably "super disgusting" and "covered with lice" and "that's probably why they wanna chop all their hair off" I almost turned around and walked out right then, and I should have. To clarify, no I didn't have lice - it was just summer and super hot, just wanted a change. But I was so embarrassed, mortified that they were discussing me so openly like that - it was so absolutely rude and unprofessional. This happened a few years ago and I haven't been back since then, but it's also made me not wanna go anywhere to get my haircut again."
