"If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Ordered a hat 2 weeks before Christmas and was told it would be ready before the holiday, it wasn't. I called after Christmas and was told the machine is broken "it will be ready next week" now they aren't getting the machine fixed and this is the second time I've ordered a hat and had the same excuse used! Don't do business with these guys."
"Sign on door says Lunch, be back soon. Been waiting for over an hour… I live over an hour away and am trying to Exchange a gift. Also have watched about 20 patrons walk up to the door since I have been sitting here and turned away… not any way to run a business, especially in the mall. If you are going to have a lunch break with the store closed, should not be more than 30 minutes, especially not over an hour and 15 minutes…"
