"I recently bought my 13 y/o son a mountain bike from Wally World. Unsurprisingly, the brakes were not adjusted correctly coming out the door. I YouTube'd multiple video's on how to repair the brakes, but was unable to do it myself. With my tail tucked between my legs, I headed to Canyon Creek Bicycle's expecting to pay as much for the repair as I did for the whole bike. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who simply went above and beyond. I told him my dilemma, and he said he'd have the bike fixed in no time. It became obvious very quickly that he was fixing more than just the brakes. We had a very nice conversation about retirement, life dreams and family, all the while he was working away at my son's bicycle. At the end of the day, the bike was repaired at a very reasonable price. I will definitely bring my bike's here again, and would absolutely recommend to anyone overwhelmed with repairing their bicycles."
"There are so many great adjectives I could use for this shop but the best way to say it is "CUSTOMER DRIVEN!". We have electric bikes and we were just passing through the area and one of my bicycle spokes broke and the tire was wobbling. We saw the shop as we were riding back to our hotel - discouraged that we might not be able to ride through the Redwood National Forest on our next stop because of the bike issue. Collin Drake, "Did me a solid.", he fixed my bike efficiently and he did not overcharge for the repair but most importantly he did it quickly. So, here is a big thank you to the Canyon Creek Bicycles - now we can get back on the road and onto our next bicycle journey."
"Outrageously good service! They did a conversion to a 1x10 drivetrain on my hardtail in addition to going over wheels and bearings. To top it off, they basically detailed the bike and it looks and rides like it did new 5 years ago. The old thing always made me smile but I’m grinning now with the new 1x drivetrain! Do yourself and the shop a favor and take your bike in on the off season!"
