"Small store with some product. I ordered food, they said it would be in, drove 56 miles round trip and now no food. Amazon has a cheaper price. I will use them for gear and treats only now. The staff is very nice."
"The staff are always willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I'm looking for, and answer any questions about their products. When I injured my back, they even carried my items out to my car for me. I also love the selection of dog food and care products. I have rarely been unable to find what I was looking for or a reasonable approximation. I highly recommend both locations of this wonderful business, although North Bend is the closest to me and therefore the one I use most. I have shopped at both and I recommend them highly."
