"Went to this location hoping to have a personalized buying experience with knowledgeable staff since this is a company that supplies many local companies. The fitting process was just fine but everything after that was a struggle. Chair was promised in 10 business days, almost three weeks later it had still not shown up. We called the office repeatedly trying to get information, but no one knew anything. Finally someone found the chair and it was delivered the next day. Then we tried to call to pay and were promised it would be charged the next morning. Not thrilled with my credit card info sitting on a desk in plain view of anyone coming in but, okay I guess. Card was not charged by the next day so we called the office. A rude conversation ensued about how that was not how credit cards were handled at their office. Asked for the charge to be processed. Was told it would be. Then we got another snarky call about how it was charged now and could we check. The charge was verified and then staff admitted they would need to shred the card number. Disappointed in this effort to support a local business that is disorganized, sloppy, and not very polite. The chair is great but that was all that was great about the process."

"King office has been service the Linn Benton (and beyond) business with the finest in furniture and office machines. The furniture they sell is top of the line. I bought 15+ office chairs and desks from them back in 1997. They have held up extremely well and show no visible signs of wearing out over the 25 years I have been using them. Mike McAdams has carried on the tradition of excellent service and quality. I highly recommend calling them the next time you need to update your office, I know you will be as happy as by I am with their help."

She walked me through all my options, recommended a great chair for my needs, and got it expedited quickly! I would definitely recommend King Office to anyone looking for a "much better than Staples" quality chair."

"I come in here all the time to get forms for our rental properties. Yesterday I came in there for a legal form and decided to look around at office chairs. I always assumed their prices would be high since they are a smaller business but I was wrong. They have quality products that are very reasonably priced. The staff is low-pressure, very knowledgeable and informative. This will be my new place for all of our office furniture needs."
