"i went shopping for a laptop bag and couldn’t find one in store. The associate, Jonathan, was extremely helpful and professional. Helped me find and order one online so I can pick it up from the store a couple days later. While I was waiting in line I heard him recommend to another customer options for some printing paper that she was buying that was a better deal but had the same qualities and features as the one she had selected. This is the type of service that every customer deserves and should receive. If I was hiring a customer service associate for my business this is the type of person I would want working on my team. I would definitely come back to this store to shop again after my experience today!!"

"I called the store 5 minutes before closing to see if an item was still in stock. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kurt (I hope I have his name right). He took the time shortly before closing to let me know an item was still in stock. He was so sweet and very nice. You don't see nor get that great customer service nowadays. Kurt is the reason I will keep coming to this store. SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. HE DESERVES IT!!!!"
