I had a Murphy Bed with a fully customized closet installed in my home-office, and the results were fantastic. Steve, the installer, was not only highly skilled but also very professional. He paid great attention to detail, and was also very diligent about the clean up. You'd never know the wall bed was just installed and it was a huge improvement to the space! "I want to give them a one star but two because they do have a good product and I felt like they tried… Had an appt with a designer, day of when they didn’t show, I found out the designer was double booked… booked another appt, just before they called to tell me they were again double booked so they needed to come early. The designer came and took measurements, discussed the project. Sent me a design (not in the 48hrs promised but I got it), but the design didn’t include one of the main elements I was looking for… still no response from the designer three weeks later (including follow up emails), but the office is happy to send a note to the designer and have them contact me… bad service. Frankly, the entire time they entire place made me feel like my project was a small one, so not sure why I am surprised by the outcome. If you have patience or a big project I bet they are great!"
