"Very pleased with our new floors from Paulson’s. It took a long time to work up the courage to do the replacement of the flooring in the whole house at once, thinking how difficult it would be. Start to finish Paulson’s made the whole process smooth and easier than I could have imagined. The number of flooring options were overwhelming. I worked with John at Paulson’s and he asked questions to determine what features and the look I wanted for my new floors. He narrowed it down to several brands and types of choices for me to consider, explaining pros and cons of each one. His feedback and help made it much easier to make my choice. John was knowledgeable about the products, patient with all my questions and quick to respond. He went out of his way to find and deliver a sample to me that they didn’t have in store, to confirm a last minute change of color choice. All to make sure I would “love my floors” and that the whole process would go smoothly. Leslie was great calling to remind me of dates and times so we were ready for each step. Yuriy’s installation team, headed up by Dan, did an amazing job. They were here each morning right on time, so friendly and professional and such hard workers. Yuriy made a special trip for a different trim piece to improve the look of our shower tile transition and Dan went above and beyond every day to make sure the whole job went smoothly! It was a great experience and I wished I hadn’t waited so long to do it. Thank you to everyone, for a job well done!!"

"Job was done incorrectly at the direction of John Stone - the upstairs floor was installed without underlayment, which is incorrect and not per the instructions in the contract. John Stone knew this was the case and told the installer to complete the job anyway. After many emails and conversations of denial and gaslighting from John Stone, I finally got the truth from the installation manager and after 3 weeks (and being displaced a second time) the upstairs was installed correctly. John Stone also ordered way too much material (10+ extra boxes) as well as instructed me to purchase an extra 144 linear square feet of baseboard. They also do not include any caulking or paint touch up, plus there were many chips and areas of damage to my house. I got a quote from another company to fix the damage and do the paint touch up and caulking and the job and was quoted $5,500. The communication was terrible and customer service was even worse. I chose Paulson’s because of their reputation, but it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not waste your time and money."

"I recently went to this store to find carpet for my family room. We were looking for a 15 ft wide carpet to avoid seams. Salesperson Shellee was very helpful in showing us available options. She had a manufacturer promptly send color samples to our home and she assisted with picking out a great color and measuring for the order. Shellee was very responsive to our questions and requests by email. The carpet was installed beautifully and we are very pleased. I highly recommend Paulson's for service, quality products, and installation. I will be purchasing more carpeting from them."
