"Treated us unprofessionally and then ghosted us when we gave them the opporunity to fix it. BUDK.com came to our rescue. Background: My son and I found this store in 9/2020. We became good customers, driving from Albany Oregon and spending an average of $150.00 per month on swords, knives, big blankets, chinese stars, etc. Then one day, we were on our way to Lincoln City from Albany to purchase $170 in items that my son had picked out the week before but we ran into traffic. My son called and asked if they would stay open a little later (I was also listening in on phone call). The lady on the line said that she would stay open until 5:15pm but no later. We arrived at 5:09pm but store was closed. We called and knocked...but no one answered. We turned around and drove back to Albany, irritated/disappointed. The next day, I tried calling during business hours but no one answered. I left a message for owner to call me back at my telephone number. I was hoping for an explanation or an apology or to negotiate purchasing the items by telephone and getting free shipping to help compensate for our wasted time and gas... but no one ever called us back. It has been about a week, so we instead decided to order the same items online at BUDK.com, for same prices. Thanks BUDK... you have just gained us as loyal customers."

"Great selection of knives and swords. Wide variety from practical to decorative. Always a fun stop when you're in town. I recommend a folding lock blade with seat belt cutter, window breaker. Helpful to keep in the glovebox for emergencies. Or a serrated folding locking knife to keep in your pocket to open cardboard boxes."
