"Okay, I want to like this place but the staff at the main desk continue to disappoint. I've stood several times completely alone at the front desk waiting to be checked out for minutes at a time. The employees visually lack motivation or seem uncaring of providing service. Atleast at home depot I'm treated like they appreciate my patronage. And a year later nothing has changed. I went in to get a chalk line and there I was. Standing at the front desk being ignored while employees talk about the weekend they had. And what do I get when I do get an employee to check me out? I get attitude for them having to do their job. No thanks for stopping in. No see ya next time. So now I'm saying do not buy from here. There are othere stores that treat you with respect when you go there. This lumber yard is not one of them. Builders first source has dropped the ball on customer service. Hopefully they can fix this. It's obviously a continuous issue. Management needs to step up and do something."
"I get all my trex decking and facia from here. Plus a Lotta other things too. They deliver for a very reasonable price, or free. Knowledgeable staff."
