"My husband needed a haircut and beard trim prior to an important meeting. Car problems caused us to have to wait until the last minute. I reached out to Brenda at 10:01am on a Sunday (google says she opens at 10am). She made time to see us that same day. We were sure what he needed because he usually just shaves it to the skin himself. She was very helpful and gave good advice. She made the most of what hair he has, and help transition his beard and hairline for a cohesive look. The shop is pretty spacious, with a very masculine vibe in tones of black, grey and silver. The stations are husky toolboxes, which I never would have thought of but goes well in a barber shop. It's a little bare in terms of decor, but it makes sense when she said they moved to this location 2 months ago."

"If i could give negative stars i would!!.. i Thought i was going to have a good experience after reading some of the reviews, but i had to change my date to next weekend due to having to go to the emergency room and didnt know if i was going to make it in time for my appointment, So out of respect i rescedualed and in enough time so she could still have time to refill the spot.. But instead she refused to give me another date and says i waste her time and money. After i even apologized, i have NOTHING to be sorry about when a health condition prevents me to make a appointment on time and i still let it be known in advance so she could get someone else in my place.. But i feel she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and i will NOT be using her or recommending ANYONE i know to this place.. Will carry my business else where, just wanted to put it out there how she treats customers.. Again IDC if shes good or how good she is she DONT deserve my business and WONT be getting it"
