"Went in two months ago to schedule an appointment. They wrote my name and phone number down and said they would give me a call to discuss ideal times, but that never happened. I attempted to schedule an appointment today and was met with a very terse, "you need to know who the hairdressers are because they book their appointments independently." The lady on the phone seemed very pleasant until I mentioned it would be my first time with them. She asked for my name and phone number, then proceeded to cut me off as I was trying to give them to her. She said I would get a phone call within the hour, but that never happened, and now they are closed. Considering this is the second time they said they would call me and then failed to do so, this place is not worth my time. It would certainly be easier to schedule an appointment with them online, but their website has been broken for months and says that every day of the week is booked, even into next year, when that clearly isn't the case based on the conversation I had when I spoke with them in person. Update: Received a text this afternoon from somebody who works here, and she mentioned being out of the state at the moment. This does not reflect well upon the business at all, if the only person available to contact me is not even at the salon. Again, this is after I was stood up twice. A horrible impression from a business standpoint."

She always asks and makes sure you’re comfortable with length before she makes any snips to your hair, and is so positive and friendly the entire visit. I love how much she pumps you up during your visit about how beautiful your hair is looking during the process, which makes her drying and styling it so much fun. My hair never feels unhealthy or damaged after getting home and washing it. She’s great about educating on after care to keep your hair looking beautiful and bright. I would not trust anyone else with my hair, and she is a true gem in the Sandy community. Go see her!"

"I’m always so last minute with my self care and Stephanie was nice enough to accommodate me with a same day appointment. Waxing isn’t always the most pleasant but she made me feel extremely comfortable and did an amazing job. Stephanie will definitely be my go to gal for my beauty needs in the area!"
