"Had our first appointment scheduled for today, I left early enough to get there about 10 minutes early. There was an accident on 211 blocking all lanes of traffic. Once I was at a safe spot to turn around and figured out a new route to get there I arrived 10 minutes late (I called right after I got turned around to let them know I was on my way). When I got there they informed me there was not enough time to cut my sons hair because they had another appointment coming up (understandable). But they offered zero solution, didn't offer to reschedule me, refund me nothing. So now my sons hair is not cut and I'm out $31 for a "no show" that was completely out of my control. I gave this place a shot because I have two friends that use this place and their haircuts always look good. Their customer service does not match their ability to cut hair unfortunately. They have lost the potential of us as a monthly customer and the person that referred me. Completely dissapointed."

"Needed a military haircut and, as a fellow visiting from outta state and my usual go-to barbershop hundreds of miles away, I googled what was open around the area and good. After about a half dozen calls to other locations and finally a good recommendation from a local, I called and booked an appointment for the following day with Iris Barber Shop. They did not disappoint and actually gave my usual guy, back home, a run for his money. The employees there are hardworking, down to earth, real genuine and helpful folks who go the extra mile, treat you like family, and tell it like it is. The high and tight - skin fade cut with a hard part that I got looks amazing. And I came home to a very impressed wife who loves it just as much as I do. Thank you! A great barbershop and, again, great people who deserve your time, respect and business. Definitely coming back next time I'm back this way."
