"I stopped in for a haircut at the Milwaukee location, and Tom took great care of me. I'm not sure any barber or stylist has made such an intentional effort to understand what I was looking for as he did (may sound a little over the top, but I've had issues where previous people didn't get what I was saying). Tom gave me a great haircut and beard trim, and also some great recommendations on beard care. Thanks!"

"I was looking for somewhere to get my hair cut on short notice. When I looked at Bishops, I saw they allowed walk-ins, plus they had plenty of openings all day on their schedule. So I booked a time for later that morning. Parking was slightly crowded, but there's plenty of options around the block. I loved to be greeted upon coming in, even though they were busy with other customers, and they guessed who I was and said they'll be ready for me shortly. I got my haircut with Sarah, who listened carefully to what I was wanting, and she did such a great job with my curly hair! I felt very taken care of and will totally plan on coming back next time. Thank you guys!"
