"I've been to this location a couple times, but this last time was definitely an enjoyable experience. The gray haired lady there is super warm and welcoming to not only the customers but was very sweet to her co workers as well. This is the kind of service/attitude most places these days unfortunately lack, but not here!"
"I have been going to this salon for quite a while now, but will not be going back. Checked in through the app and had a 100 minute wait. Hung at around home for over an hour then when the wait got down to 25 minutes I was kicked off the wait list. Went to the salon and was told that after 80 minutes the app kicks you off (I suspect this isn't actually true as I have checked in with a 2 hour wait without any trouble). They added me to the end of the waitlist. While I waited someone else came in and was told that the salon was closing at 3:30 because they have a party to go to."
"Was able to get me in on short notice, however the gal cutting my hair did not listen to my wants. She went ahead and cut my hair how she wanted, in which messed everything up. After leaving here, I made an appointment with my regular person and she was able to fix. I do not recommend here, at least not the little Asian lady. Maybe there are others that do a better job and listen."
"I visited on Veterans day, not knowing that they offered free haircuts to Veterans. The woman who cut my hair did an excellent job. I was getting a haircut for a job interview and I believe the haircut helped me get a good job offer."
"lovely folks, got an amazing haircut and felt very at ease. reconnected with the stylist that did my hair at another location, was so happy to see her again! they were very kind and friendly, understanding of my social anxiety, so will definitely be coming back. the cut was fantastic, super happy ☺️"
