"I've had my appointments canceled, rescheduled and canceled again. No regard for a pre memorial service haircut that got canceled or a pre mother of the bride haircut being canceled. My stylist didn't work on Saturdays so I couldn't even get a style before these events. Google says I called 3 weeks ago. This is because I got a text confirmation fir an appointment in April that I didn't even schedule or know the stylists name I was scheduled with. They don't answer the phone. The recording gave me a website to cancel or change my appointment I didn't make. The recording gave the address fast and I didn't have anything to write with, so I just left it scheduled since I didn't schedule it myself. Maybe they will see this review and correct it because I'm definitely not paying for a missed appointment I didn't schedule myself, with a stylist I've never met. And the confirmation was 6 months in advance of the appointment. They can figure out their own mistakes if they don't answer the phone, as far as I'm concerned. Due to their stylist Lacy's regular cancelations and rescheduling that was also canceled before important life events, I will never schedule there again."

"I’ve been searching for a new hair stylist since mine moved out of state. I found Savvy on instagram and looked at the different highlights posted by the stylists. I loved Ally’s work on clients who had similar hair to mine so I DMed her and she got me scheduled. First impression: Ally was so warm, kind and welcoming. She has such a genuine vibe about her that made me feel at ease. I love long, bleach to scalp hair and I was looking to transition to a less maintenance, but still blonde color. "I love Lacy at Savvy Hair Studio! I've followed her to a couple different locations because I don't trust anyone else as much as I trust her. I usually have a general idea of what I want to do, which I share with Lacy, but beyond that I let her do her thing. I'm convinced she is straight-up magical! My hair always looks amazing when I leave the studio, and I get endless compliments. Savvy Hair Studio is a great place, very relaxing, and in a safe area. It is an open salon, so everyone is working in the same big room and it can get a bit loud, but I'm more than willing to deal with it for how well Lacy treats me. I will keep coming back and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a haircut, color, and/or styling!"
