"Returned boots due to not fitting properly. Quality was good otherwise Refund policy is ridiculous. Took over a month and a half to get our refund. . Customer service needs work. Won't be ordering again. Used to be a better company when it was just Drew's boots"

"I’ve been a customer for about 7 yrs and have used them to do work on my boots many times and it usually takes about 3 weeks this time they have had them for 7 weeks and still have not started working on them. I called to check on the status 3 weeks ago and was told 2 more weeks. Now they say another 2 weeks making it a 9 week turnaround at best! BEWARE of sending them anything to work on at this time!!! Not sure what’s really going on except that they are sending my boots back untouched and maybe might refund my 360.00 I paid to have the work done 7 weeks ago… They might refund my money for doing nothing is a total joke and very disappointing from a once reputable company."

"I noticed that Baker's has some bad reviews on google maps, so, for all of the people reading (and for the people at Baker's) I thought I'd add my two cents. I went to Baker's Boots in April this year. I was not planning on buying any boots at the time, just wanted to take a look around and see what they had, either that or maybe I would try on some White's to get my sizing. I went and tried on the Drew's loggers and was super impressed with the boots. I had heard about them a couple times before around Reddit and YouTube. I decided to buy the boots, which were factory seconds, at $249.59 - an insanely good deal for PNW boots - and had them shipped back to my house. My particular pair of boots was a test model, so it originally had all eyelets and no speedhooks. Baker's installed speedhooks, but when they were sent to me, some of them were loose. I had to take them to a local cobbler to install new ones, which worked. However, on one boot, the heel hadn't been nailed down! After tromping around a cemetery doing surveying work, I noticed that the heel was starting to come off, which then lead to me discovering that it had no nails. I wrote to Baker's immediately, who offered to fix the issue for me. I just received the boots about a week ago. Baker's completely fixed the boots for me. All of the speedhooks were set back to normal and tightened, the heel was re-nailed, and they even re-dyed the soles for me. Wow. I was super impressed. The customer service from Baker's is maybe some of the best I have ever seen for any company. To the people at Baker's: keep doing what you're doing. When the time comes to get my next pair of Pacific Northwest Boots - which I'm sure won't be long, since I am a forestry student - I will be buying from you guys. Your boots are just as well built as a ton of the other brands and I really appreciate the extra toe box room from the modified 55 last. To all of the people considering buying: Do it. If you have a problem, chances are that Baker's can solve it. They have a selection of amazing boots and the in-house options from Drew's Boots, whether Made in the USA or Made in Mexico are exceptional. My boots have stood up to wetlands, blackberry patches, 4-foot tall salal, walking on logs, and a lot more. I am sure they will serve me well for years to come."

"Here’s my two cents, for what it’s worth. I used to work for a boot company and loved seeing how boots were made. Fast forward a couple years and now I just wear boots instead of help build them. I got a pair of whites smokejumpers and loved them for over a year. I’m due for a resole soon and ended up with a couple pairs of the new Drew’s loggers @ $350. The build quality on both pairs look great and rugged. The boots are solid and heavy duty, similar to the smokejumpers. I don’t see any flaws or anything with them. The fit is a bit bigger than my other boots, so I’m an 11.5D with these vs. 12EE with my whites. The fits it spot on at 11.5D and the footbed feels good. I work in a wood mill here in Oregon, so we get the winter rain and mud plus I’m working on machines while rolling around on the ground. I would 100% recommend these boots for anyone looking for a solid pair of boots. Here’s a pic of the smokejumpers next to the brown Drew’s loggers."

"I ordered a women’s 7.5 ostrich skin boot and when they arrived I was a little disappointed to see that the boot only has small quills on the side of the boots instead of across the entire foot. Also the shaft of the L boot was considerably narrower than the R. When I was FINALLY able to shove my foot in the boot, I was so ecstatic to finally be able to wear them that I didn’t notice until later that night that the boots were not a true 7.5. There’s at least an inch of boot past my toe and I’m starting to believe they sent me a men’s 7.5 instead of a women’s 7.5. Overall the boot is beautifully made but sadly I will not be ordering another pair from this company."
