"In the past I've had wonderful service and skilled assistance with shoe fittings at this store. It's been a few years so maybe the owners or manager has changed? The two young women behind the desk did not even acknowledge my mom while she waited patiently to ask a question. We finally got the attention of one and asked for a pair of sandals for my teenager. She brought the shoes out and walked away. There was no assistance for getting a good fit or any kind of knowledgeable recommendations. We left and went to Burch's where we received excellent service and spent our money there."
