"Jessica the owner of this salon is the worst stylist I have ever been too! That says a lot ....when I lived all over the world and I have had my hair done by international stylists, as well as small town local hair stylists. My hair is thick and all one length, I wanted my hair sculpted back to a cut I used to have with a few precision and defined long layers. This is a basic cut request that I have worn prior. During the consultation, Jessica was on her phone texting and looking up to interject extremely snarky (e.g. negative, critical, and mocking) comments telling me the words I was using were not matching what was needed to happen to match the picture I was showing her. I apologized saying, I am unfamiliar with using the right words from her profession to explain myself clearly, but the two reference pictures are examples of what I wanted. Jessica abruptly looks up from her phone and says, " I don't think I can give you what you want", I said, " O.K. I respect that you do not feel confident that you can do what I am asking," Jessica raised her voice and told me that "I have 23 years experience. You can leave now." This childish unprofessional treatment took me off guard. I told Jessica she does not need to tell me to leave...obviously I was leaving anyways...I told her I would be writing a review on how poorly I was treated. Jessica yelled " I DON'T CARE" Clearly Jessica doesn't care that her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior also damages the other stylist who pay to have a space in the salon. Having low star rating from prior unhappy customers deters ANYONE from wanting to go to the salon for ANY services. The vibe is bad energy here....because of Jessica. No one is going to pay anything to go to a salon run by unstable management. A good stylist take the personal time to talk to you, looks at your photos, asks questions and then works their way through a series of scenarios to better understand your preferences in the style. Jessica failed to do the above. The experience is supposed to be about the client. Jessica make the experience all about herself. Classless. Worst salon experience ever!!!"
