"I had nothing but horrible experiences with this place. I received a gift certificate for my birthday that was a total of $165. I first had my nails done by Natasha, apparently she was having a bad day and took it out on my nails because they were terrible. I couldn’t tell how bad they were due to the dim lighting in there but once I stepped outside I was shocked! I contacted the owner of the salon about this and she had said she was going to refund me for my nails ( $55 ) I had to go somewhere else to get them removed and get a new set. I decided that I didn’t really want any other services from there but I had to use up the gift card. I decided to just get an hour massage, that was actually really nice and very relaxing, but once I gave the gal my gift certificate I found out that the owner never refunded me for my nails. I again reached out to the owner but never heard back so I just let my gift certificate go. Total waste of money and time but lesson learned!"
