"I went in I am obviously needing help I am walking around for 30 mins and the girls stands behind the counter with her phone. She has purple hair and was not very polite to me when she did decide she was going to help me. When I asked questions she was short and seems to want to rush back to her device after hearing it ding. I am disappointed ☹️ I used to shop here often for my supplies. However some the staff really don’t care for the customers it’s all about the hottest guy or some TikTok trend. I find that I will be shopping now at another location. That treats customers right and helps them not leaves them guessing!! Also was not given the right color for my hair… it was supposed be purple. It’s not that color."
