"Had my hair cut here by Atina in October. I told her I trusted her (this was my 3rd haircut with her) and she said that was my first mistake...how right she was! I asked for lowlights and layers trimmed but left shoulder length. Over $100 later, the lowlights were non-existent and my hair was so short it's been 4 months and I still have really short hair. I can't even get a curling iron around it. NEVER again!"

"I don't want to blast the hairstylist because she was so nice! I have curly long hair and she didn't know how to cut it. It was really bad! I had to have it fixed elsewhere. I was brushing through my hair and I noticed that one side was longer then the other and the layers were cut very poorly. If you don't know how to cut someone's hair don't do it! Please!"

"My husband and my son got haircuts there yesterday. They were really nice. Rose was very patient with my 15 month old son who would not sit still and she got him a cute little certificate for his first haircut at a salon. That was nice! However, the haircuts were not good and my husband’s was really REALLY not good, especially for the price. Both took less than 10 minutes. I can look past my son’s because he was moving a ton and she fixed some of the mistakes I made during his first at home haircut. My husband’s hairdresser used the clippers but his hair was stacked not blended properly, and had a bunch of uneven areas. He said she spent less than 30 seconds with the scissors on top and it looks like she didn’t even touch it. I’ve never seen haircuts done like this before, almost like they were just hacking without a plan or something. I think we paid $42 for both plus a generous tip and I don’t even wanna take them back to get it fixed!"
