"My mom suggested I go here because Christina was absolutely AMAZING… Well Floretta is who cut my hair today. And my hair doesn’t look…bad. But it is nothing like what I asked for. NOTHING like it. I was told “you have a beautiful face you could wear any hairstyle” And thank you for the compliment…however I’d like the the haircut I asked for. I was nervous the moment I sat down, though the second she twisted a LARGE Unsectioned out chuck of the front of my hair twisted it and hacked it off, and gave me Micro Bangs. I was very upset. For one I wanted longer hair and much longer bangs. All in all. I will never go back there. I’ve very rarely ever gotten a decent haircut. And I do very basic cuts for this exact reason. These places now give me severe anxiety."

"I have been going to the salon for six years now Christina the manager has done my hair for the past six years. She is amazing. Great customer service I have found that she is the best. I live in Beaverton and I travel to Woodburn to go to see just her for her to do my hair only I have also sent some other friends of mine to her. She is amazing."

"We called at 11am to ask some questions about hair coloring services and costs. After explaining what we were looking to have done for my 11 year old (her birthday request was to dye her hair teal) we were fortunate to get an appointment the same day. The services requested were a bleach and color with trim (approx cost: $80 for bleach, which would be today's job, trim $26, and color session for $60). The bleaching was to accommodate the bright dye choice for her dark hair. We noted during the initial call that our daughter had previously used a boxed dye about a month and a half prior, and were told that should be plenty of time out to be safe to bleach. When we arrived the older woman, who appeared to be working by herself, said she would not do the bleach job needed because of my daughter's age made her uncomfortable. I explained that we had called that morning and provided all the info about what we wanted to someone and they said working with an 11 year old wouldn't be a problem. She then tries to explain that my daughter's hair wouldn't come out evenly due to the darker dye already in her hair and could damage it. I had to explain that my daughter's hair is naturally dark brown and the lighter shades (hardly any lighter than normal) were the results of a box product being rejected by her hair. We spent 10 minutes going back and forth while she kept flipping through my daughter's hair. Before we left I asked if my call this morning was with someone else, to which she explained that calls go to a corporate line and then get scheduled in for the store. I had her confirm that the number I called was or was not to the store location and she said it was not her. With that last exchange, we left. My daughter wasn't as upset as I was thankfully. To confirm the number and attempt to reach the supposedly corporate line I called the same number as the morning time and surprise surprise... it rang to the store and the same older woman answered. I'm sure this is an isolated incident, but it has definitely left a bad taste in our mouths and further supports why the lady this morning said "this location doesn't typically see much service"."

"This store excels in customer service and techniques. Christina, the manager, does my hair. She listens well and does exactly what I want. In addition, Christina is honest and lets me know if what I want will or will not work with my hair texture or skin tone etc... Besides being an expert, the kind Christina is personable. It is common for Christina to inquire about my family. I enjoy my time here. I recommend this salon to anyone!"
