"I have always felt as though Ulta was the Walmart of beauty stores. I recently had high hopes that they were going a different direction, since they were getting in brands online, that I usually had to go to Sephora for. Not only did they not have the brands in this store, but all of the perfume tester bottles are locked up. So frustrating."

"I just had the best experience here! I usually dread going to stores as I have two toddlers and it can be really difficult. I toughed it out and went to grab some foundation I was in need of. There was a lady who sadly I didn't get her name that worked there and she was amazing! My son is autistic and she grabbed him some coloring pages and markers and hung out with him and got me a shade match. They were so understanding and so sweet. She kept reassuring me that most of the workers there were mothers as well and they totally understand how hard it is to go to stores with young kids. They were able to grab a small portable little card reader and check me out there so I didn't have to wait in line with my kids. All around an amazing experience and a phenomenal staff! S/o to the tall lady with a red flower in her hair and girl in the pink jacket who helped me out during my visit."
"While my mom and I love the store and what it has to offer, we don’t always feel welcome. We understand that employees are required to ask people if they are okay, but we constantly feel like we’re being followed like we’re shoplifters. It gets annoying really quick and it dulls the experience. Ulta needs better training for their employees."
