"I have been here a few times and each time the stylists didn’t really want to add layers to my haircut and suggested another style and even went as far as telling me if I wanted layers to make another appointment and put in a bang trim? This last time was really the last straw. I won’t waste my time and money with lazy people. I pay the prices and tip minimum $20 regardless of their ability, way more for actually listening to me as a customer. It is no longer a place I recommend and will find another place in the future to become a regular customer that can trust someone with my hair."
