"The girl was really sweet, kind, respectful. But they did not tell me it was not handicapped accessible. , and she continue to talk me out of the haircut that I normally get. And she said that with the highlights it was their lighting now I have yellow hair.Not blonde. Water was cold. She said it has been a problem. So you are going to wash and my hair and cold water and you know that it’s been a problem lighting that’s another thing lighting is bad here but when you get home you’ll see your hair is blonde .It needs to be addressed that it is not accessible to handicap. And if you were going to make an excuse for my hair, turning out yellow instead of blonde streaks because of lighting than fixture lighting. Not happy with my hair at all not happy with the color or the haircut. I have been getting my hair done longer than the young lady that did my hair. So I know when and someone is trying to convince me that it is oh so good but it’s not. Will not go back. Do not recommend. Let’s see if they keep this in there and files or they just delete me will seeing if they want true peoples opinion, then they’ll keep this up."
