"3rd time a charm? Nope! First appointment was great. Just could not remember her. 2nd time (not same hairdresser) coughed on me so often...she didnt even cover her mouth...just turned her head, says sorry i have allergies & i smoke haha. Just gross. Today (different girl again) i was left hanging for 30 minutes! She finally said i could go to her chair & she will be there as soon as her client pays.
