"Visited dancer’s closet Saturday October 31, 2020. Customer service was terrible. Sales associate had an attitude or a personal issue that was causing her to be rude to us. I called the following Monday to speak with a manager or a supervisor knowing the sales associate’s name. She identified herself as someone else and said she can handle the problem. I explained the entire problem to her and then she revealed to me that she was the one on Saturday. Her words. “To be perfectly honest sir I was the one that helped you”. My daughters should’ve felt like important little dancers but yet they left feeling like they did something wrong."
"My experience at dancers closet was excellent. The manager of the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. In the middle of my wife trying to find some clothes there was another customer that walked in wanting to return a pair of tap dance shoes that didn’t fit. She was annoyed that she wasn’t told upfront that she couldn’t get a cash refund and didn’t want to exchange them for a different size. The manager handled the customer perfectly even though the customer wasn’t being the friendliest towards her. She ended up resolving the issue with the customer and managed to help us out at the same time. Overall amazing customer service, good prices for the products, and I don’t think I would go anywhere else."
"Very helpful when you need something in a pinch. Prices are a little more than online, of course, but they honor student discounts! They fit me twice for Pointe shoes and I bought both. Overall I'm thankful for Dancer's Closet and the new location is great."
